Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for all Busy But Balanced coaching services and digital products.

1. Coaching Sessions

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• If you miss your session or do not attend, it will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.

2. Coaching Packages

• All coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

• Sessions within a package can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.

• Package pauses or extensions may be offered at our discretion.

3. Digital Products (E-books, Guides, Tools)

• All digital products are final sale.

• Because access is delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads.

4. Events, Meetups & Dubai Movement

• Tickets or bookings for in-person events in Dubai are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by Busy But Balanced.

• If you cannot attend, your ticket cannot be transferred or refunded unless stated otherwise in the event details.
